The Integrator Dashboard product provides a visual tool for our integrators to access user information and view activities performed by their users. Through this dashboard, our Integrators will have information needed for business decisions and for providing support to their customers. The dashboard also gives our integrators more visibility during the integration process and a tool for checking on the status of their integration while the process is still ongoing.
For example, if a customer of our integrator needs help with understanding why their transaction did not go through, or why their documents were not approved for passing our document verification process, our integrator’s support representatives will be able to use the dashboard to provide answers to these questions.
Down the road, we will enhance this tool so that our integrator will be able to set up metrics to view at regular cadence in this dashboard, and the dashboard will provide predictive analytics to alert the integrator with calls to action when needed.
